Infection? Herpes?: There is no realistic possibility you have been bitten or stung in your vagina by ants. If you have painful or itchy bumps or sores around the vaginal opening, you probably have genital herpes; or maybe a yeast infection; or perhaps an allergy to a hygiene product. See a doctor ASAP, the sooner the better for accurate diagnosis and for effective treatment if it's herpes. Good luck!
