I always have and elevated high wbc count?

Question?: If your question is why then there is woefully inadequate information to provide any insight. See your doctor or a hematologist for further assessment.

How do you feel?: If your personal physician is not worried and all the cells look normal, then chances are you have a minor defect in one of the proteins that makes them stick to the walls of the blood vessels and they circulate instead. No big deal. Not a problem:

How high?: and what's the reason for rechecking the cbc often? What is the differential WBC count? Are you on any medications as steroids, that would cause elevation in WBC count? You need to follow up with your doctor, for good history and physical examination and possible input from a hematologist, if you have access to one, best wishes
