Decrease use: Hi If it was the result of overuse, like from too much typing on the keyboard, then the best thing would be to try and take regular breaks during the day, decrease overall use, and maybe try a different keyboard wrist support. If that isn't possible you can work with an occupational therapist to see if they can help you develop a routine to keep your joints healthy. Hope this helps
