My mom had women's exam last week & has heavy bleeding & has never before after exam, talked to dr & was very abrupt,should she get 2nd opinion?

Still bleeding? yes.: If this is not normal menstrual bleeding, and she is not getting a satisfactory answer from her doctor, she should seek a second opinion from another women's health practitioner. She should expect a followup exam. You did not mention if she had any procedures done which could bring on bleeding; it's not an emergency unless blood loss has caused symptoms (dizzy, fatigued, fainting). If so: ER visit
