Decrease your stress: Improve your posture. Spend the money on a massage and a chiropractic adjustment. Go on vacation rather than see another doctor (see one first, then go) http://www.Mayoclinic.Com/health/tension-headache/ds00304/dsection=lifestyle-and-home-remedies.

Tension headache: A diagnosis of tension headache, strictly speaking, refers to headaches caused by stress and tension which result in muscle tightness and posterior head pain. Therefore, headaches caused by the spine would not be classified as tension headaches. As others have noted, the treatment of tension headaches would involve stress reduction techniques such as yoga, meditation, biofeedback, vacation, etc.
