Hello, jm in week 17 the doc prescribed duphaston twice daily cuz baby is little down and cuz of contraction as she saw in sonar, is it ok to take it?

Check with doctor: Clarify with your doctor what medication you are prescribed and for what reason. Progesterone is not usually given for contractions. It sometimes is given if the cervix is short on a sonogram. It is also given in injection form to those with a history of preterm labor in previous pregnancies.
