Red dots: Is it itching? May be allergic reaction-though red dots as opposed to bumps, vesicles is unusual or may be infection check for Lyme, borrelia, impetigo( usually vesicles) Would also check blood and platelet count to insure the platelets are OK. f/u/ w/ doc urgent care today
