Needs to be checked: You have had these symptoms for four months.I suggest you consult your doctor to find out what is causing the constant pain.It is unusual to have swollen glands behind knee and that needs to be checked as well.You need to have examination after a detailed history.And may need other tests like MRI and blood tests etc,to make a diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
