Look for a cause.: Ocillopsia is a condition where the ability of a person to maintain focus on an object is impaired, giving you abnormal eye movements, or nystagmus. You need to get a complete neuro ophthalmologic exam to classify what kind of nystagmus you have. If you are taking medications or drinking , consider stopping it to see if this is the cause. If this is ineffective, the ophthalmologist has treatments

Can you have Oscillopsia without nystagmus? Is it from a neurological disorder like MS or brain tumor? All ophthalmology visits normal and only happened one time. Felt like things were moving ? Just started new medication? Could it have been vertigo?
Head feels like its shaking/buzzing even though completely still & makes me feel off balance. Felt mostly base of head. Strongest when im watching moving objects or scrolling on a screen. Slightly better if moving body. Anxiety or more serious?
If downbeat nystagmus causes stationary objects to move up/down & back/forth and slide would this be considered oscillopsia?
I have RA and was recently diagnosed w/Tenosynovitis. Will treatment be different b/c of the RA? I'm also a bartender. Not moving it is not an option.
