Most likely: I'm not aware of any medical condition associated with having a gall bladder removed that precludes one from drinking alcohol. There are a lot of medical reasons for avoiding alcohol, so check with your doctor and make sure you do not have one: eg: blood pressure problems, obesity, gastritis, other medications, liver disease, a substance use disorder, insomnia, anger issues, etc..
