No: Hate to be sticky about this, but it isn't legal or appropriate for you to be drinking at 19. Full healing takes many weeks, and alcohol impairs the ability of the body to heal, and the ability of the body to fight infection. It concerns me a great deal when somebody's major concern about recovering from surgery is whether they can drink, and leads to to have concern there is a drinking problem.
