Not naturally: Tubal ligation is permanent sterilization, which means a couple never wants to get pregnant ever again. It is a permanent decision, and they are not supposed to try to get pregnant after that. They can talk with their Ob-Gyn doctor if having any questions. That said, pregnancy may be possible by harvesting eggs and using in vitro fertilization.
