Morganella: This bacteria can be resistant to the major groups of antibiotics and that could help explain its presence. The important question is -- 'is it causing disease'? This question would be answered by whether you have symptoms or not, and whether there are markers of infection in your urine test (like increased WBCs). Hopefully indeed there is nothing wrong with your urinary tract. Talk with doctor.
