Abd pain w diarrhea : This could be due to a number of things including ibs, infectious etiology or others. If it happens only at dinner time it maybe something the dinner meal contains that your body cannot handle. For example, consumption of dairy in a lactose intolerance patient or consumption of fatty meals in a patient with difficulty breaking down fats. See your doctor for an exam.
