I want to get pregnant but there found a rounded well defined thin walled anechoic cystic lesion 42x38x34mm and volume 29.0cc with internal septations and echoes in my right overy. what does it mean . is it very serious ?

Obgyn evaluation: You will need to see an Obgyn who can review the sonogram findings to determine if surgical removal is warranted. In most small cysts observation is warranted as they will resolve. When a mass is more complex then removal is needed. An Obgyn doctor will need to review the report, do an exam and help guide you through the next steps.
