What helps vaginal narrowing due to post menopause atrophy?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Estrogen Cream/Oral: The post menopausal vaginal atrophy is caused by drop in estrogen. The only way you can treat is by using estrogen cream locally or Hormonal Replacement. But some can not use it because of history of breast cancer.Ask your doctor if you are a candidate for estrogen therapy as local cream or vaginal tablets, in which there is very little absorption in the blood or oral estrogen therapy
