Injury to hand : Time will tell, but I suggest you get an X-ray to make sure no fracture exists.

Be seen: We see a lot of patients with that history that sustain a fracture of the 5th metacarpal otherwise known as a boxers fracture. You would be wise to be seen and have this ruled out.
