Probiotic: Can't say which bacteria types without knowing the purpose you are using it for. However, do recommend that there are multiple strains, a minimum of 6 million cultures and that it be in a timed release formula. Regarding the brand - Health tap has asked it's doctors not to recommend specific brands or product lines. Your pharmacist can likely help you.
