Unrelated probably: The popping out of veins is related to gravity. For instance if you hold your hand in the air the veins on the back of your hand will empty. If you lower your hand they will distend, try it. Veins may be prominent if you are feverish or hot so they are more likely to be full as a consequence of whatever it is you are taking the antibiotics for. Antibiotics dont make your veins stand out.
