Unfortunately it is: pretty much impossible to diagnose a rash over the internet since we can not see it. In addition without knowing your health and social history regarding bird exposure we cannot comment on the possibility for your concern. The answer is, sure it could be bird mites causing your rash but it could also be about fifty other things. Make an appointment with a health care provider for an evaluation.
