Mgt: If you can see pus, I would recommend a culture and antibiotics. Please check with your PCP

Yes: You should not get Bronchoscopy done if you have puss any part of your mouth or throat as it will go through the trachea in the Bronchi and may cause Lung Infection,Get it checked and treated by your doctor.Call the Pulmonologist and see if he/she wants to reschedule
