I read that older ppl should eat healthy and not exercise because it's hard on their heart, is that true? i'm 50 w/diastolic dysfunction. tyvm

Exercise: At any age can be beneficial. Please see your doc to be cleared to exercise and then a fitness trainer at a local gym. He/she will created a program for you. Even brisk walking can be very helpful. Use earphones if you get bored. Peace and good health.
