Storage + Botulism: Botulism is not found in meat products. Botulism is found in home canned products that are low in acid, such as green beans, corn and beets. However, the disease has also occurred from chili peppers, foil-wrapped baked potatoes and oil infused with garlic. Honey is also a source of botulism spores- safe for those older than one year. Always let food cool before putting in refrigerator.
