Adnexa is Ovary/mass: You have a mass in or around your Ovary. Your Gynecologist can help you in terms of future monitoring or removal of this mass. Most such masses are Ovarian cysts. Surgical removal is sometimes recommended when the size is getting over 5CM...your's is nearly-5 CM, so get it checked by your gynecologist who ordered this test for you.
