Ive woken up with intense pain in inside of r arm just above the elbow. theres a faint red mark and painful to touch, is at its worse when i straightn?

Did something to it?: Hard to say for sure but could be an infection that might produce these symptoms. Fevers? is it warm to touch? Could be a clot. If it is really bothering you would a doctor.
