Have what looks like swollen welts. 1 on r elbow+1 on butt. look red in center & white on outside? looks swollen and are very painful & worsening.

Welts: There are a number of skin conditions that can have painful welts. Two common ones are insect bites/stings and bacterial infection (furunculosis, abscess). Because this is worsening, it is more likely that this is infection. This needs to be seen as soon as possible so that proper treatment can be given.
