Help, painful red dot on my elbow since mon! i can barely wash, touch or support it!

You need to be seen: Normally somtehing as small as a dot would not be this painful or affect the movement of your arm. Something unusual is going on, and if it is an infection, could get worse rapidly. Please be seen by a medical provider before it gets worse.
