Possibly... unlikely: Postnasal drip can occur for many different reasons. The most common causes are allergy and the common cold. If you have other cold signs, the cause isa virus and it will go away on its own. If you have other allergy symptoms, an antihistamine, nasal steroid or antihistamine spray can be very helpful in reducing the drip. Without a fever or 2 weeks of symptoms, bacterial sinusisitis is unlikely.
