Maybe Carpal Tunnel: Carpal tunnel syndrome typically presents as numbness and tingling in the hand, predominantly in the thumb and first two fingers, worse with increased pressure in the carpal tunnel. We tend to flex the wrist when asleep, which causes worsening symptoms overnight and first thing in the morning.

Many: Many conditions like carpal tunnel to pinched nerve in neck to vascular problem. Better get checked out by your doctor.
