Constipation: Low fiber intake, reduced water intake can worsen consitpation. I see in your history bone cancer. If you do take narcotic pain meds, they can worsen your constipation. You can try using MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) twice daily to improve your symptoms, but should get evaluated by your doctor to ensure there is no other serious process going on due to your history.
