No: Bepotastine is available only as ophthalmic drops in the USA, and is prescription strength. The other, Mequitazine is a first generation antihistamine, and is a derivative of phenothiazine, it isn't available in the USA. So better see your doctor to find you an alternative , or see a specialist, dermatologist or allergist, meanwhile you can use cetirizine, or loratadine or fexofenadine OTC
