100-130 pounds: She would be okay to have a weight around 120 pounds. You may use this site to calculate BMI. It would be good to keep the BMI around 20. It should not be less than 18 and not more than 25. https://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/health/educational/lose_wt/BMI/bmicalc.htm

110-120 lbs=ideal: For a 15 year old girl, average height is 5'4", & average weight is 110-145 lbs. At 5-2, the ideal weight,based on body mass index charts, is in the range of 110 to 120 lbs. This is ideal, not average. Average or normal is slightly higher, as it is a measure of statistical normal, not ideal. Ideal weight also varies with bone structure, e.g. small, medium or large bones.
