Scrotal skin: These longstanding lumps on the skin of the scrotum most likely are normal hair follicles which look very prominent because scrotal skin is thinner than skin in other areas of the body. Keep the area clean and dry by avoiding very tight underwear and jeans. White cotton underwear is preferred. You can also apply talcum powder.
