Horseshoe kidney : Usually has no symptoms but can put people at risks for kidney stones and urinary infections so do have a low threshold to seek urgent attention if abdominal pain urinary pain/frequency or nausea. Worth discussing with your doctor non urgently as some rarer conditions associated with plus to make a plan re what to look out for etc
