What is gastric antral mucosa with chemical gastropathy and how to cure it?

Gastritis: This is the mucosal lining of a section of the stomach called the gastric antrum. Gastropathy indicates there is something wrong there, typically inflammation, but could be something else. See your Gastroenterologist to discuss options for treatment.

The gastric antrum: is the distal part of the stomach, just before the duodenum. Mucosa is the lining of the stomach. Chemical gastropathy is inflammation of the mucosa due to chemicals, such as alcohol, NSAIDS, or bile. Treating it would involve treating the cause.
