It is a bit high: Normal WBC count is between 4, 000 to 10, 000. So yours is slightly high. This can happen due to any recent infection or inflammation. Your differential count looks fine. If you are concerned recheck it in one month(as it can also be a lab error).. Nothing to worry about at the moment.
