CD 57: The CD 57 assay is a test that is not reliable enough to make any diagnoses or base any decisions on. The CDC says it is a test "whose accuracy and clinical usefulness have not been adequately established". Having said that, if you are feeling so poorly, you should make an appointment for a second opinion with a primary care or an infectious disease doctor. Keep going until you are better!
