I'm really sick and don't know what i have. how can i tell without seeing a doc?

You can't.: Doctors spend years learning and many more years seeing patients and getting experience to be able to figure out what is wrong with people who are sick. If you are ill, you should see a doctor. Some doctor offices will use nurse practitioners and physician assistants to help see patients and if you really can't see a doctor, that might be an alternative.
