Try OTC 1% HC cream: I suggest use of 1% (OTC) hydrocortisone cram- a thin layer 2-3 times daily; however, without visualization this may also be a fungal irritation. If not improving after 5 days, add a pea sized drop of Lotrimin AF to the 1% HC cream. Cotton boxer shorts and hot laundry. Change underwear twice daily.
