Yes: The extraction site is still healing, pressure sensation are common. See your dentist if the condition persists after 2 weeks.

Normal: yu had surgery which may have been necessitated by an infection. Takes time to heal. If symptoms persist beyond 10 days, or if you have concerns, your treating Dentist, the one that did the extraction, is responsible for your post-surgical care. call for a reevaluation.
