Yes: Yes, it is possible. I am sorry fro your loss. Multiple gestation patients who have twinning in their families are more likely to have a subsequent multiple gestation future pregnancy. Take 3 months to grieve and restore the substances lost (blood etc.) before trying to get pregnant again.
