Likely viral: Most infections start out as viral infection and symptoms are consistent with that. Supportive care includes hydration, mucinex, flonase and steam inhalation. Viral infections usually get better in 7-10 days. If symptoms persist beyond this time with out improvement, follow up with a physician is recommend. Hope this helps.
