Pretty much the same: All blood tests for HIV antibody are equally accurate at 3 months or more after the last exposure; most are conclusive by 6-8 weeks. The 4th generation blood tests, which measure HIV antigen (the virus itself) as well as antibody, is usually positive by 4 weeks and always by 6 weeks. The oral fluids test is slightly less accurate, at all times, than the blood tests.
