Pretty accurate: Although there are obviously size limits of what can be seen, it is very good for seeing nodules which can be lung cancer. If that is suspected, it is a good test to do. Good luck.

CT Chest: has a high sensitivity for detecting lung cancer, approximately 95%, so CT will detect the vast majority of lung cancers.
