Food allergy : Food allergies can commonly cause a skin rash. Many things aside from food allergy can cause "tiny reddish dots". See your doctor if the problem is not going away or becoming worse.

Cheese: If you have the same reaction to milk, then it is possible to have the same reaction to cheese. (cheese is made from milk) if there is cheese on the pizza, it could cause the reaction.
