Rash: Your rash could be from sweating, shaving underarms usually develops from wetness and causes a fungal infection. You can apply OTC: Lotrimin cream 1% and alternate with hydrocortisone 1% cream twice to three x/d until rash is gone (often slow-growing and can take 1-2 months to resolve).
