Naps & Sleep: Naps are very interesting. If one suffers from any form of insomnia, they should avoid naps altogether. Naps ranging from 20 to 60 minutes can be quite refreshing for many. Greater than 60 minutes and the brain thinks it is bedtime and one runs the risk of waking up groggy and tired. Regular short naps have shown to improve energy, reduce stress, and even lower the risk of heart disease.
