You can't actually: You will not be able to tell if your cervix is dilating or not unless you have an examination by an MD. If you happen to know what your cervix feels like due to masturbation, you might be able to feel that your cervix is softer and the cervical os is wider (the little hole is bigger), but it takes med students quite a while to learn, and I wouldn't recommend you check yourself, anyway
