Antihistamine: Benadryl is a type of antihistamine, and all of this class can make your drowsy. Although there is no benadryl ask your pharmacist for an antihistamine. Also, you may try some melatonin for sleep.

Trazodone: If your goal is to get medications to help you fall asleep, I would suggest that you obtain a (doctor's) prescription for trazodone (Desyrel in US) or similar medications. I would avoid 1st gen antihistamines like Benadryl, especially for someone as young as you, since it could cause dependence & major side effects later on. Other meds in Benadryl class are dimenhydrinate, doxylamine, hydroxyzine.
