Time to see a doctor: A fever that high is dangerous and if it is not coming down within an hour after taking ibuprofen or tylenol, you need to be seen. Have a freind or family member take you to the ER. Be open about travel, drug use, food you eat and sexual history. All those are important. Get better soon!
